This policy describes what data NeverMiss collects on this marketing website (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this site — the NeverMiss AI receptionist service sold to businesses is covered by a separate data processing agreement.

What we collect on this landing site

• Email addresses you submit through the waitlist form or the demo request form
• UTM parameters from the URL you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content)
• Hero variant label — which of the three hero copy variants (control / cost-loss urgency / price anchor) was shown to you
• CTA variant label — which call-to-action copy variant was shown
• CTA-click events — a small event when you click a primary CTA, including the section of the page it came from and the page referrer
• Share-click events — when you click the Share on X / Share on LinkedIn / Copy link buttons

Why we collect it

• To respond to your demo request and call you back
• To send you a confirmation email and (if you opt into the waitlist) a short drip email sequence
• To measure which hero / CTA copy converts better so we can improve the site
• To attribute traffic back to specific ad campaigns

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and waitlist submissions until they convert to a customer or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Analytics events are stored by Google and (when enabled) Meta per their own retention policies; we don't back them up on our side.

Third-party scripts on this site

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Loaded only when GA4_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured. Sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and collects anonymized usage events so we can see which pages and copy variants perform better.
• Meta Pixel. Not currently loaded. If/when we enable it for ad attribution, it will set cookies for measurement and may share data with Meta per their policy. We will update this page before turning it on.
• Polsia analytics beacon. Sets a random identifier called polsia_vid in your browser's localStorage so our hosting platform can measure anonymous traffic. This is not used for advertising.
• Hero A/B test cookie. We set a first-party cookie called nm_hero_variant (30-day expiry) so each visitor consistently sees the same hero copy on return visits. It contains only the variant label ("A" or "B").

Cookies and local storage

We set one first-party cookie called nm_hero_variant (30 days) to remember which hero copy you saw. The remaining storage on this site comes from the third-party scripts above: GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) when GA4 is enabled, and the polsia_vid entry in localStorage. You can clear all of this from your browser at any time.

Your choices

• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block GA4 across all sites you visit.
• Enable your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal — we honor these where technically possible.
• Email us at the address below to request deletion of your demo request or waitlist entry.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted a form on this site, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add or remove third-party scripts. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
